Let’s move with the times …

You can receive online self-care treatments that are nearly as good as the real thing (massage in-person). Who would have thought several months ago that I’d be delivering my massages via the internet. It might sound strange, but it does actually work! The idea came when I was chatting with a friend on Zoom, who said she had a sore neck and shoulders. I offered to show her some techniques that she could use on herself to reduce the tension in those muscles – it worked, and my self-care treatment sessions were born …

Open when you need some ‘me-time’

Not everyone can see a therapist 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, so my door is open in the evening and on weekends (as well as weekdays). If you’d like a massage at 7pm on a Friday night after a busy week, or on a Sunday afternoon before it all begins again, treat yourself to some amazing me-time that works around your schedule.

I’m open from 11am to 9pm Wednesday to Sunday.

No need to rush

Enjoy further relaxation time after each massage, to sit, pause and breathe before returning to the real world – totally optional and completely complimentary.

Fully qualified and trained to ITEC* standards, and registered with both the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (for massage), and the Complementary Therapists’ Association.

I am CNHC-registered for massage therapy. I also practice Emotional Freedom Techniques.
