Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), aka tapping, is a safe, quick and really effective way of identifying emotional trauma of any kind (big or small) and dealing with the heart of these issues, rather than just treating the symptoms.
Acknowledging the issues while tapping on certain points of the body helps to unblock the energy and release the memories or thoughts that are causing emotional (and sometimes physical) discomfort and pain, to return the body and mind to a calm, harmonious and positive state.
EFT works on so many aspects of our lives, including:
